North Alabama Home Care (NAHC)

NAHC provides careful, highly personalized medical service to elderly individuals through regular visits of the medical team to homebound patients living in communities throughout North Alabama.

NAFM and NAHC maintain a responsive team of highly skilled nurse practitioners and specialized physicians in the areas of geriatrics, internal medicine, and family medicine.

Board-certified and highly experienced medical professionals spend quality time with patients to carefully diagnose and treat medical problems, and to extend support to the patient’s family who assist in giving care.

NAHC provide in-depth and comprehensive tests in the comfort of patients’ home, and follows up with annual physical exam, monitoring of
medications, and providing needed vaccines for pneumonia and flu.  Optometry service performed by a partner board-certified optometrist is also made available to in-house patients.

NAHC is a medical director for Merrill Gardens of Madison, and provide support medical services to Morning side of Madison.
